All category responses require further exploration with the applicant to make an appropriate hire. This should not be the sole basis for a decision as to the suitability of the applicant for a position. Based on the answers from the applicant, he/she may reflect the following behaviors at work:
Action Orientation:
Attitude Toward Theft/Dishonesty: (Positive) The applicant believes that someone who is dishonest is not acceptable. Attitude Toward Risk/Safety on the Job: (Positive) The applicant believes that most injuries can be prevented and believes in using caution and concern in job duties. Violence/Emotion in the Workplace: (Positive) Concerning violence and emotion, the applicant believes in good working relationships and does not become easily angered. Attitude Toward Tenure/Turnover: (Positive) With regards to tenure or turnover, the applicant believes in loyalty and the value of staying permanent.
